I decided to terminate my account, I send letter of termination to get my remaining balance... They said they already send it to my bank account but I did not receive anything. I check my bank account and it is correct.. I still did not receive any amount... please explain.. I dont like what is happening.... its more than 20days!!!!!

Pls support Buy load without internet connection. How if we dont have data and then we buy load? So we cannot buy due that we dont have connection? Also add Water district for water utility in davao. And add More schools to choose for tuition payment. I cannot find my school here. Also , Add enter denomination amount for load. And then i will give 5stars.

Why converting from btc to php or vise versa included in cash in/out limits? Should we have the control of how much to trade and for as long as we want? If converting to and from counts for cash in/out limit, we could easily reach it. If it's to protect newbies like me, we should be able to adjust it via settings. For now, I can just watch my btc being eaten by the bears without a way to survive and wait for 3 days to raise my limit. After that I can just hope for bulls to come and save my positions. Validating entries beyond available balance is a must but limiting the users ability to trade is terrible because of cash in/out limits, at least for me.

its a great app. one thing only, the payment for home credit will not be posted to my loan balance. can i ask why? my option to pay home credit on the app. but home credit confirmed that it payment through the app will.not be posted. better remove that option on the app. thnx
