When user try to open a folder which the user don't have previlage (DA), it keeps saying this. "Cannot connect to server. Either the connection has lost or the session has expired, please login again. (Yes|No)"

Fantastic app to work with my Asustor 1002t. I can play video on my home nas from Internet, including my VR videos. It is perfect for my use case.

Unable to download to SD card Error message: Due to the limitations of the Android system of this device, AiVideo is unable to save files to the external SD card. Please change the download destination to internal storage space. Device: Xperia Z3 on Marshmellow 6.0.

Seems that the app just stops by itself after some time. Update: couldn't email the support, suspect email address is wrong. But basically the video just stops playing on chromecast abruptly, randomly.

I have this app installed on iOS devices and Android smartphone. The iOS can play all the movies smoothly, however on my Android smartphone it just stop frequently. Please fix it immediately. My Asustor is A1002T and I use the latest ADM

Seems like it would be the perfect app..but i get picture but no sound and an error saying unable to play audio codec..samsung s6

when attempt to login NAS from Aivideo, it prompt to install latest app and looksgood. but both already latest

Hi,I get a prompt to check my ezrouter is enabled and "open port 9000-9004 for looks good"...when I check the built in service list for the ports I dont see that port number listed

playback stops on chromecast after few minutes

That cannot playback DTS or AC3 audio. This is getting very frustrating. My old Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 played everything but this Nexus 7 is very picky and I swear the apps are backdated or something funky is going on here. Blah!

I think these apps need updating as they all from asustor force close on the galaxy s6 with 5.1.1 installed. All ports on my router side are correct. And even cloud connect even though settings are correct will not let you press the sign in button.

Paid good money 4 this NAS,Also have a synology DS712 not a nary ad in synology apps, found the problem ads are in mx player,let me choose which app plays video,got the new update still F'd up,looking first of all the American alphabet start with A not Z,Y'all figure it out,won't fix chit on the NAS,except update the firmware and the android apps, got 2 get a asus modem app to play my music, F ing crazy ain't it,asustor if I just wanted 2 stor chit I got external drives they sleep 2

If your looking for DTS support mx-player has it. A guy on XDA compiled the codec to support DTS just Google it.

So after having no joy getting this app working as I couldn't find the looksgood app on the adm software of my NAS, the good people at asustor showed me where to find it under beta apps. Installed that on my NAS and then Aivideo connected seamlessly... Works well and is pretty quick at what it does. Simple graphics but it does the job nicely.
