Art Encounters 2015

Art Encounters app has information about the 1st edition biennale Art Encounters, Appearance & Essence, held in Timisoara and Arad between 3-31 October 2015.

The 1st Art Encounters is focussed in such a way on a particular chapter in the multi-layered narrative of contemporary art, the Romanian narrative. The 1st Art Encounters will look at Romanian art from the 1960ies up to now and will trace back some of the inherent storylines. The 1st Art Encounters is open to all public and offers an unique opportunity to experiment Romanian Contemporary Art and to understand the importance of visual arts in an open, democratic society.
