I like that you can look at a chart of your moods so that you can get an idea of your fluctuations. There is a nice list with lots of different descriptors, though I do wish there were a couple more. Even still it is much better than any of the other apps I have looked at. The notes for each submition are really helpful because they can give context to what your feeling, like the cause or maybe lack thereof. Overall I highly recommend this app!

Tracks all my moods, prescriptions, and room for random thoughts. Gives time for each entry. As mood changes I am able to record when and how long. I am also able to add or delete emotions and prescriptions as needed.Very user friendly and simple ui.. Best tracking app I have tried. Only thing I would add would be a dark theme.

I like this app a lot. It is easy to use. I like that you can change the color of the moods, I've set my favorite as positive and my least as negative. It really helps me rate my mood. I also like that there are so many moods to chose from! And the note section is really helpful. I recommend this for people with depression, anxiety or if you just want a mood journal. Five stars.

Would be better if the menus for (moods) symptoms and medications allowed you to type it in and it would search for it. I find it a pain to have to scroll through my whole list. Besides that it is exactly what I needed.

Z70%
by Z####:

Lots of moods to choose from, can add ypur own, tracks medication and drug use, and you can use it to track things like panic attacks, psychosis, mania, self-harm... Doesn't analyse much but its really useful for self-observation.

It is a great way to track your mood and the best one that both me and my therapist liked. The only thing I would like is a option to have a reminder more than just 3 times a week, I feel like that could help me a lot.

So far this is the best app I've found for recording how grounded i am throughout the day for my therapist. I use the built in notifications for this, but one day i realized i hadn't been notified in a while. When i opened the app and looked i saw that it had been almost 2 weeks. I jiggled the notification settings and they started working again, but for somebody who's obviously not very grounded, this is not very helpful...

I love this app mainly because it has one feature I couldn't find anywhere: it has more than 5 moods AND they are well described + customisable. One thing that really bothers me: the mood colours. Best case scenario - if I could set a colour for each tag, but if not, I wish "black" would be an option (for bad mood), or green-blue to go with yellow-red Edit: thanks for answering and taking my suggestions seriously! What also popped into my mind is that the text (note) is vertical, which makes no sense, because it takes a lot of space and is basically unreadable. Just try typing a note w/ 140 characters (size of a tweet) and you'll see what I mean.

Great app, simple yet well thought out. Everything I need for monitoring mood. It would be great if it allowed you to type in descriptor to search rather than have to scroll through, but this is not a major. Thanks for the app I will definitely buy it, and recommend to my therapy clients.

Good app. for tracking moods over time, allowing more accurate reporting trio your health professional than mere memory. Great that you can add your own adjectives etc to describe mods and feelings.

Z70%

It does what it says. Some better visualization of the data and layout of the data entry would dress it up better but I can't complain for free. Ads are unobtrusive, a small bar at the bottom.

I have BPD and it's a simple and easy way of tracking changing moods throughout the day. I particularly like how you can personalise the moods and the format of the graph. Good app

Overall, this is a great app to use. The only minor complaint that I have is that it would be nice if the emotions had some kind of emoji or sticker attached to it. Its a nice way to visualize your moods as well. Also I feel it would give some people more incentive to stay on top of keeping track in addition to having the chart. Maybe have a chart that has the emojis on it so you can keep track of your moods that way.

Very good for tracking my emotions and moods. Was actually recommend to me by my therapist so I could see when I happened to hit any sort of depressed period in time. Has helped me get my emotions back onto a healthy track, thankful that an app like this exists.

I never write reviews but I am for this. I love it! Simple way to track my mood and I can make notes about what I was doing or thinking at that time. I also use the medications tab to track things like sleep and nicotine/alcohol consumption. In the tags I track my moods, where I am (work, home, ect.), and how bad my schizo symptoms are. I love it!

Great potential..needs a few updates.. 1)trigger button. Every time a trigger situation is encountered..to be able to input that would be a huge help! 2) would love to add diet components... Alcohol for example 3) interface isn't intuitive. Great start for a potentially life altering product.

It's not clear which end of the scale is good. Is it blue or red? Am I rating my happiness or sadness? ---ok thanks for pointing out the settings! I changed the review. I actually tried three apps, but this one is private, and easier than others.

Z70%
by Z####:

I love this app - it's simple and useful and doesn't leave much to be desired. However, one small thing kept me from rating it five stars: I have been using this app to track the way my meds affect me emotionally throughout the day (in addition to long-term). Since I'm creating new entries three times a day if not more, it would be nice if there was some kind of zoom feature on the graph so you could track your mood over a single day or two, instead of a whole week (at the least). That way it would be easier to notice mood patterns based on the time of day. Other than that, this app is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, Mood Log!

Great app. Has helped me keep track of my different mood swings and length of my hipo manic and depresed episodes.

Z70%
by Z####:

After looking through tonnes of apps I felt this suited me best. It has a bunch of options that if you customise correctly can be much more comprehensive than any other offering. I use two numbering scales, one, the default for grading my mood, the other I put in tags to grade my energy levels. I use the medications option to keep track of sleep, exercise, space etc since I am not on medication. The statistics display is also better than some more popular apps. For me this is the best app available as I mentioned.

K70%

This app has been wonderful! I have wanted to monitor my mood for a while but forget to write it down. With the reminder on my phone it's awesome and so easy!

Z70%

I love it! Helps me keep track of my mood swings daily and even few times daily.

Z70%
by Z####:

Ideal for tracking moods/thoughts, I really like the fact that you can create your own mood tags. App is nice and simple. The one downside is that you can only set a maximum of 3 reminders a day, if it could be amended so that you can set as many reminders as you want, I'd give it 5 stars.
