For Users: Download not recommended as app currently doesn't follow its name path. Its useless for a common user. For DevTeam: Why to register first to access basic information? No one will be willing to do it. GUI is not user friendly. App should follow its name path, and description. You should match the app interface with its functions. Color usage not good enough. Aircraft photo on start page edited very badly as nose and cockpit windows appearance is not proper.

I can view my flight info online only with PNR number but this app is asking for all the rest of useless info

How can we claim the miles earned through the app? I got a flash message that I won 500 miles. But I am unable to know how to use it.

Why does it need ALL info to proceed? Just PNR or Award Plus Number should 've been enough. Well! at least it's a start of something. Your On-line complaint system is pathetic. Months of follow-up is resultless.

Love the service compare to the other private airlines. enjoyed CIP lounge many times. Keep up the Good work. PIA has improved its self with time. i would'nt say tuis if you asked me this 3 years ago.

Despite how many times I try to register it keeps saying Error. First of all I don't see why we need to provide so much information second of all if we are to provide such information I'd appreciate it if it allowed me to register and not say "error"

At times service is par excellent & at times it is below avetage. Service needs a lot of improvement specially strict observance of prescribed time schdule.
