No permite guardar el usuario. Demora eternidades en cargar, no se puede configurar ni siquiera temas básicos como la hora de am a militar. Para realizar cualquier consulta por sencilla que sea hay que ingresar por múltiples menús y después de la selección, esto no se guarda para la próxima vez.

La aplicación es muy lenta, y la opción de check in no funciona, muestra una pantalla blanca. Que mal desarrollo.

Tried two from two different countries, both unlocked and working fine in Colombia, but it always gives an error and makes you start the whole booking again. Why does it say international credit cards work if they never do. Same problem for the last 6 years with Avianca website, tried with many different credit cards, and I always need to buy from another travel agent website, or from the Avianca ticket office. So inconvenient.

I downloaded it because i wanted to buy a ticket here in the US but it's only available in colombia.... Such a waste of time. .the company should enable it for more countries. If they wanna serve to the general public.

I am trying to find a flight from El Salvador to Texas, the application doesn't let me change the Country, keep showing Colombia so what about the others

This app only works in Colombia. If you're in other country it won't work properly. It is a waste of time and resources.

Den le trabajo a PROFESIONALES para que les haga un trabajo excelente con la aplicación. Tanto talento que existe y no tienen uno bueno. Avianca es una compañía multimillonaria que debe asegurarse de atraer al cliente. Están super retrasados. Estamos en el siglo 21.

Este é, sem dúvidas, o PIOR aplicativo de todas as companhias aéreas brasileiras. Impossível selecionar o país, impossível realizar o check-in... em suma: péssimo. Espero que minha experiência no vôo seja melhor do que isso.

Useless almost. It doesnt save any passenger info at all, so you have to manually reenter everything in every section of the app, every time you use it.

First question is country and the only option is Colombia. Couldn't get past that point. Uninstalled.

Funciona perfecto itinerarios ofertas hasta lifemiles podras ver por aca. It works perfect for me so far and works with us credit cards even from a 3rd person CC

Funciona bien, pero tiene un problema al elegir la opcion de fechas flexibles, el cuadro que saca no aparece completo y tampoco el boton de continuar. La app tampoco permite el pago con pse o la opción de pago en efectivo

Just a wrapper to the Avianca's mobile website, which by itself is already bad. I really don't know what the CEO of this company was writting about in the Avianca En Revista issue of August 1016 when he announced cutting edge digital services. The digital strategy of this airline is the worst in the industry, and I can talk about this working in the digital transformation consulting industry and flying 60k+ miles a year.

I cant get notified for my flights.. i cant login.. to see my flight status i have to put the flight number every time and checkin its just a joke... so much room for improvement...

Buscando precios online para mi vuelo encuentro esta aplicacion decido gastar tiempo data y memoria para descargarla y darme cuenta que solo para Colombia es valida. Creo que avianca es una compañia internacional o me equivoco? Acaso no deberian tener para cada Pais su opcion ? Esto me da a entender la Pobre Calidad de servicio que se puede esperar de una compañia mediocre. Y que conste que vivo en los angeles california donde no puedo usar esta app. espero a lo mejor tengan alguien que controle esto

Los componentes de esta aplicación no dan absolutamente nada bueno que resaltar.
