Notas:
(1) Es importante completar los Contactos en caso de Emergencia y Datos Personales del Usuario, en su perfil web www.phonehelp.com.ar (iniciar sesión con los datos provistos al momento del alta "email" - "clave"), para que los operadores de monitoreo puedan accionar ante la llegada de un evento de emergencia.

(2) Función que debe ser renovada cada 30 días, la renovación puede ser mensual o anual.

(3) Deberá ingresar el detalle de medicamentos en su perfil web.
Con solo presionar un botón PhoneHelp enviará un mensaje instantáneo (SMS) a tú red de contactos previamente definidos, indicando tú ubicación georeferenciada y el motivo del alerta.

PhoneHelp dispone de una Central Operativa las 24 horas del día para atender Eventos, donde los operadores de monitoreo accionaran según el protocolo definido para cada tipo de emergencia, es importante que los usuarios ingresen su información en el Perfil Web, para que los operadores cuenten con la información necesaria en caso de recibir un alerta. Características básicas:
• Permite definir hasta 5 contactos, estos serán contactados vía SMS con solo presionar uno de sus botones.
• PhoneHelp toma tú ubicación utilizando la función de GPS del Smartphone, la precisión de la posición generada por el GPS dependerá de la ubicación donde uno se encuentre.

Como ejemplo podemos citar, que dentro de un edificio o en un subsuelo la posición no tendrá la misma precisión que si uno se encuentra al aire libre.
