Admin for BigCommerce

I keep trying to enter my info and it just keeps telling me "wrong info" I even had a tech support from BigCommerce and even he was not sure why it wasn't working. He said by all rights the info I entered was correct. I give up. It's not worth my time. Plus to have to enter those long lines on the phone is a pain in the ass.

Generally works fine. Not fully functional when orders are made by guest (no account). Navigation have loads of room for improvement. But app fits majority of my needs.

App works. The dashboard works as well, but it is no way worth the $2.00 don't waste your money on it. Edit. The problem is it is not user friendly, the dashboard for the first few days was not giving me the correct information. When you log on you always have to click log on it isn't automatic. It lacks user friendly design, some tweaks here and there will improve the feel and functionality. If you only want to see how much you made today yah it will work. So will logining into your bigcommerce website

Stable. Provides all the needed standard funcationality. Would be helpful to add more features.

I paid the 1.99 now its asking me to pay again. I thought it is one time charge?

Nice, easy and intuitive. Worth the cost. Clean interface to track sales and order status. Like it thus far.

Piece of crap

Admin for big commerce is an incorrect statement imo. Firstly I like the dashboard but Can't open orders Directly from dashboard which is a bit of a pain. I know it's only one click more to use the menu but simple things make a ton of difference. I'd like to see more in the app that is marketed as 'admin for a product' as I simple do not have the ability to perform many admin tasks.

Typed in API correct and it didn't work. Why not just use log in information such as password and email?

This app is great to see orders and customer information when I am not in front of my computer, Bigcommerce mobile apdmin site is horribly designed making it next to not usable, this app fixes those issues and is great! I will consider upgrading to the dashboard feature, but honestly I am not really sure i need access to the dashboard, this app gives me everything needed.

Looking for more features

I have tried a paid app but after giving a try I am using this app instead my paid app. The best part of this app is the super easy interface and design. I am looking for some more enhance version of this app.

Works as expected

Asks if you want to save credentials but never saves. You have to enter the information everytime you log in. By the way the credentials are like 15 and up characters each. Too much.
