QR Code Reader is an application that allows you to read QR codes very easily and is also able to read bar codes (Bar Codes). You can also create your own QR codes and bar codes from a link.

User's Guide:

To scan the QR code, simply open the application, align the code and QR Code Reader will automatically recognize any QR code and bar code. When scanning the QR code, if the code contains a URL, you can open it in the browser. If the code contains only text, it can be seen instantly.
