Connectivity Notifier

This is a simple notification App, it stay in your notification bar and it show your current IP and data provider name or the current IP and WiFi network name (SSID) your device is connected to
In addition it show you the current Bluetooth device name that is currently connected to the phone
You can configure the app to vibrate / led (in supported phones) or sound to notify you on change of network / Bluetooth connectivity.
No longer need to wonder what headset to pickup when the phone is ringing (is it the Bluetooth headset or the CAR Bluetooth enabled device ? or just the phone itself), no longer need to know if you are browsing through your data plan or Wifi , no need to go through menus and clicks , just roll down the notification bar.
