This app does not teach you anything a competent electrician can teach in a few hours. No diagrams or example test results to help give you an idea of what results to expect. For 10 pages of basic text written in poor English this app should be free, especially considering there is no optimisation for tablets. No detail given on any difficulties involved in testing fuse boards and I certainly would not feel confident testing if this was my learning resource, rendering this a pretty useless app.
