Dosing calculator for digital dosing pumps
To check the calibration on a digital dosing pumps, measure a volume of desired liquid pumped over a time value in seconds.
This will then be converted to litres per hour pump rate.(L/Hr)
Litres per minute and litres per day also given.

On a second screen you can use this volume to calculate a dose rate in mg/L
You need to supply a flowrate in litres per second (L/sec) that the pump is dosing to.
You also supply the specific gravity, strength and purity of liquid for the calculations.
