Agente di Commercio Free

L'applicazione "Agente di Commercio Free" è un valido supporto per le agenzie di vendita ed i rappresentanti in generale, per la gestione dell'anagrafica dei propri clienti, gestire i vari listini e le varie aziende associate a ciascun cliente. Consente di memorizzare tutte le visite presso i propri clienti e di pianificare le visite da fare.
Il rappresentante può acquisire gli ordini dei clienti e eventualmente allegare delle foto durante la visita commerciale.
L'applicazione permette di gestire gli sconti da applicare ai vari ordini in modo estremamente flessibile.
E' possibile visualizzare la scheda complessiva dell'ordine con i totali e le eventuali note.
E' possibile associare e aggiornare i listini creati dall'azienda o dallo stesso agente direttamente in excel su google drive.
La versione completa ("Agente di Commercio" disponibile sullo store) consente di inviare l'email dell'ordine direttamente all'azienda attraverso un account g-mail, di geolocalizzare il cliente attraverso Google Maps, e di selezionare i prodotti da inserire nell'ordine direttamente dai listini collegati attraverso google drive.

Aggiornamenti:
Backup: Inserita, nelle impostazioni, la possibilità di fare un backup dei dati sul dispositivo e il suo eventuale ripristino (solo per versione completa).

Gestione Report Fotografico: E' stata inserita la possibilità di scegliere se catturare le immagini dalla fotocamera oppure selezionarle dalla Galleria Immagini.

Rispetto alla versione Free, la versione Completa consente di :
- Precompilare l'ordine in una e-mail da spedire direttamente all'azienda.
- Realizzare un rapporto della visita/ordine in PDF (è necessario Adobe Reader)
- Visualizzare i grafici delle vendite e delle visite per prodotto e fatturato.
- Inserire e calcolare in automatico sconti molteplici a cascata.
- Importare l'anagrafica dei clienti da un file csv o da un link su google drive.
- Importare i listini da un file csv o da un link su google drive
- Inserire i prodotti nell'ordine direttamente dai listini.
- Esportare l'intera anagrafica dei clienti oppure condividere una singola scheda cliente.
- Geolocalizzare il singolo cliente su Google Maps o raggiungerlo attraverso Google Navigator ( è necessario avere Google Maps e Google Navigator).
- Inserire gli appuntamenti direttamente nel proprio calendario di Google.
- Generare un file xml delle visite che può essere importato in molti gestionali (tipo Danea).
- Possibilità di condividere il Pdf dell'ordine/visita con i programmi preferiti del dispositivo.
