Traverse Coordinate Calculator for Android
This app would be much more useful if every new line segment was simply calculated from the new point coordinates, and referenced from North (0 azimuth). That way you could easily compute figure closures. The way it is set up now, you have to start a new line, with a backshot of the same Xcoordinate and a 0 Ycoordinate (manually giving your next line an azimuth angle).
Cannot get it to work. I press calculate but the fields are not populated with new coordinates. Results button is greyed out. I see no evidence of a graphical output of coordinates input, essential to catch errors.
Tested it against known numbers and it is working fine. Interface is not to highest standarts but it is O.K. I agree that graphical output and ability to save results as either *.txt or *.xls/*.csv file to SD Card would be usefull. However there is an option to send them via email, so I did it and copy/paste results from email to text editor and saved to SD Card as txt file. Couldn't find any problem with this app. Also I am happy to pay reasonable price and not have any advert on my screen.
Good app very helpful when working out coordinates. Saves money rather than buying a graphical calculator as I don't require it very often. But when needed it works fine.

Well done, my apologies. As another user noted, a great improvement would be a convenient way to calculate all foresights subsequent to the first using the just-calculated foresight as a backsight. thank you for a useful app.
