Bank1337

Bank1337 is an add-on for the Bank 737 shortcode service from GTB. It was designed to be a simple, accurate and convenient front-end for the Bank737 shortcode service from GTB.

This application was developed by the staff of Dreamquest Multimedia to solve a problem they had with using the Bank737 shortcode service. They found the service to be inconvenient and decided to build a front-end to allow a user input values and initiate operations without having to always type *737* before initiating operations.

It was developed using App Inventor which is a visual programming environment for the creation of mobile applications and the code is available in the App Inventor Gallery.

It works by receiving the input the user wants to send to the Bank737 shortcode service and attaching the other parts of the shortcode before initiating a call to the Bank737 shortcode service.

Bank1337 is not in anyway affiliated with GTB and is not the official mobile application from GTB. It represents an attempt by users of the Bank737 shortcode service to make things easier for themselves.
