Gouda Historisch

Gouda is bekend om kaas, kaarsen, stroopwafels en Goudse pijpen. Tijdens deze wandeling van 4 kilometer leiden we je langs al deze, en nog veel meer, Goudse zaken. Gouda was een echte handelsstad met veel welvaart. De statige panden in de historische binnenstad van Gouda getuigen van deze welvaart. Ook de vele markten, waarvan de kaasmarkt het meest bekend is, is kenmerkend voor Gouda. Straatnamen, zoals Achter de Vismarkt, de Turfmarkt en de Nieuwe Markt herinneren nog aan dit marktverleden.


Hoewel je op een willekeurig punt deze wandeling door Gouda kunt beginnen, kun je in de app kiezen uit een aantal vooraf gedefinieerde instappunten.
