Chest Pain Score

Il Chest Pain Score permette di valutare se un dolore toracico è riferibile o meno a causa cardiaca. Questa App utilizza per il calcolo le indicazioni della commissione congiunta AMNCO e SIMEU del 2009 (Ottani F, Binetti N, Casagranda I et al, G. Ital Cardiol 2009; 10 (1): 46-63).
Uno score < 4 viene considerato "atipico" cioè con bassa probabilità di essere riferibile ad angina pectoris. Uno score ≥ 4 è invece "tipico" per angina pectoris.


N.B. Questa applicazione è indirizzata a personale sanitario e fornisce un supporto nella fase iniziale della valutazione del paziente con dolore toracico. Non sostituisce il giudizio clinico di un medico e non è sufficiente da sola a porre diagnosi di sospetta cardiopatia acuta. A score <4 is considered "atypical", ie with a low probability of being attributable to angina pectoris. A score ≥ 4 is instead "typical" for angina pectoris.


NB This application is aimed at healthcare professionals and provides support in the initial evaluation of patients with chest pain. It does not replace the clinical judgment of a doctor and it is not sufficient alone to make the diagnosis of suspected acute heart disease.
