Proje Hizmet Bedeli

Program çoğunlukla mühendis ve mimarlar tarafından hesaplanılmasına ihtiyaç duyulan; yeni yapılacak bir yapının ruhsat alımı için gerekli tüm meslek disiplinlerine (Mimari, İnşaat, Mekanik, Elektrik, Harita ve Jeoloji Müh.) ait UYGULAMA PROJELERİ’nin bedellerini hesaplamaktadır. Bunlara ilave olarak yapı yaklaşık maliyetini ve yapı denetim hizmet bedelini de hesaplamaktadır.

-Hesap girdilerini herhangi biri, birkaçı veyahut tümü değiştirilerek sürekli sonuç alınabilir ve değişimler izlenebilir.
-Kısa veyahut ayrıntılı hesap raporu alınabilir, paylaşılabilir veyahut gönderilebilir.
-REKLAMSIZ tam sürümüdür.

Program neleri hesap eder;
1-Program Türkiye sınırları içerisinde bulunan tüm (toplam 967 adet ) il ve ilçelerde hesap yapabilmektedir.
2-Mimarlık hizmet bölümlerinden %60 lık kısmı kapsayan hazırlık ve etüd çalışmaları, ön proje çalışmaları, uygulama proje çalışmaları, sistem ve montaj detaylarının bedelini hesaplar.
3-İnşaat mühendisliği hizmet bölümlerinden %60 lık kısmı kapsayan uygulama proje çalışmaları ve detaylarının bedelini hesaplar.
4-Mekanik tesisat mühendisliği hizmet bölümlerinden %50 lik kısmı kapsayan İmar müdürlüklerine onaylattırılan tek etapta hazırlanan uygulama projelerinin hizmet bedelini ve yapıda bulunan insan ve yük asansörlerinin avan proje hizmetlerinin bedelini hesaplar.
5-Yapı içi elektrik tesisat mühendisliği hizmet bölümlerinden %50 lik kısmı kapsayan uygulama projelerinin hizmet bedeli hesaplar.
6-Harita ve kadastro mühendisliği hizmet bölümlerinden yapı aplikasyon projesi ve uygulaması (aynı parselde birden fazla bina olması ve mimari proje öncesi yapılan her türlü yatay ve düşey ölçümler dahil) hizmet bedelini hesaplar.
7-Jeoloji mühendisliği hizmet bölümlerinden parsel bazında yapılan zemin ve temel etüdü raporlarının ( muayene çukuru, zemin sondaj hizmetleri ve zemin mekaniği laboratuvar hizmetleri dahil) hizmet bedeli hesaplar.
8-Yapı sınıfı, yapı alanı ve inşaatın süresine bağlı olarak yapı denetim hizmet bedelini hesaplar.
9-Yapı sınıfı ve yapı alanına bağlı olarak yapı yaklaşık maliyetini hesaplar.

Program neleri hesaplamaz;
1-Mimarlık-Mühendislik hizmetlerinin diğer hizmetleri olan imalat detayları hazırlama, teknik şartnameler, metraj-keşif-maliyet analizi, ihale dosyası, öneri raporu, orijinallerin teslimi vb. gibi ayrıca her türlü mesleki kontrollük ,fenni mesuliyet, tus, bilirkişilik, ekspertizlik ve danışmanlık gibi bedelleri hesaplamaz.
2-Eski Eser Rölöve,Restitüsyon,Restorasyon ve tadilat proje bedellerini hesaplamaz.
3-İlgili meslek odalarına verilecek maktu, vize, tescil vb. gibi ücretleri hesap etmez.
4-Harita ve kadastro mühendisliği diğer hizmetlerinin bedellerini hesaplamaz.
5-Jeoloji mühendisliği diğer hizmetlerinin bedellerini hesaplamaz.
6-Elektrik mühendisliği uygulama projelerinin hizmet bedeli dışındaki diğer hizmetlerin bedelini hesaplamaz.
7-Makine Mühendisliği uygulama projelerinin hizmet bedeli ve yapıda bulunan insan ve yük asansörlerinin avan proje hizmetlerinin bedelinin dışındaki diğer hizmetlerini hesaplamaz.
8-Program Türkiye’de ki belde ve köylerde ayrıca bazı meslek odalarının bölge katsayısı olarak ayrı bir konumda değerlendirdiği bazı özel bölgelerde hesaplama yapmaz.
9-Park, bahçe, açık alan sulama tesisatı projesi, yapısal ve bitkisel peyzaj projesi, iç mimari projesi ve iksa yapılarına ait projelerin bedellerini hesaplamaz.

ÖNEMLİ NOT: Hesaplama cetvelleri ilgili meslek odalarınca yayımlanan en az bedel yönetmeliklerine uygun olarak hesaplama yapmaktadır. Program Proje fiyatları için asgari veya kesin bedelleri belirleme amaçlı olmayıp piyasa rayiçleri hakkında BİLGİ edinilmeye yönelik olarak hazırlanmıştır.
KULLANICI, YAZILIM'ın ürettiği sonuçların doğruluğunu kontrol etmekle yükümlüdür. Hatalı sonuçlardan doğabilecek tüm sorumluluklar tamamıyla KULLANICI'ya aittir. The program will what accounts;
1-Program all located within the borders of Turkey (total 967 units) are able to account in the provinces and districts.
2-preparation services covering 60% of the department of Architecture and survey studies, preliminary design studies, project implementation, the system calculates the cost of installation details.
3-part covering 60% of the civil engineering department calculates the cost of service application project work and detail.
4-Mechanical engineering services covering 50% of the sections prepared in a single stage of the implementation project approved by the Zoning offices located in the service fee structure and calculate the cost of preliminary design services and goods hoists.
5-covering 50% of the departmental structure of the electrical installation engineering services application calculates the service charge of the project.

What program does not calculate;
1-Architecture-Engineering services other preparation services, manufacturing details, technical specifications, feature-discovery-cost analysis, tender documents, proposals report, delivery, etc. originals. as also all kinds of professional supervision, scientific responsibility, keys, expertise, does not calculate costs such as appraisals and consulting.
2-artefacts Survey, Restitution, does not calculate the cost of restoration and refurbishment project.
3-was to be given to the relevant trade, visas, registration, etc. as it does not account fees.
4-engineering of cadastral map and does not calculate the cost of other services.
5-Geological Engineering does not calculate the cost of other services.
6-Electrical engineering application does not calculate the cost of other services other than the service cost of the project.
7-Mechanical Engineering application project located in the building, which does not calculate the service charge and other services other than the cost of preliminary design services hoists.
8-Program in towns and villages in Turkey also does not make calculations in some specific regions assessed in a separate position as of coefficients of some chambers.
