Not tried app yet so two for now for effort.i used another app 4.99 money back if fail .kept true to word .tried to unlock from list then manually no joy.got this phone christmas locked to 3 .they r no help whatsoever .cant use phone at all where i live so money down he drain at moment 3 say more info etc .think need to root maybe .HELP ALSO PHONE HAD BEEN. Updated twice once bt me to 4.4.4 from 4.3.and firmwsre original i believe to be 4.1 jellybean and have to rrset or somehow get back to tjat to go forwa

The name of the app is..samsung unlock codes ..but scroll down and it sayz unlock" guide" ..misleading..an if u do find a code they charge a fortune...SCAM!!! Just google unlock codes an u can get em for $5-10 and they work
