History of the firm: Mr. van Houwelingen received a bachelor of science degree in the social sciences from Michigan State University. His Juris Doctor degree was earned at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. van Houwelingen is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.

Mr. van Houwelingen worked for Kimberly Clark Corporation in Neenah, Wisconson for 9 years and Miles Laboratories Inc in Elkhart, Indiana for 6 years prior to establishing his own firm in Appleton, Wisconson.
