Afirmacje LD - pamięć snów i świadomość we śnie

Afirmacje LD (afirmacje świadomych snów + test rzeczywistości) są narzędziem pomagającym zwiększyć poziom Świadomości we Śnie.

Afirmacje są podzielone na Afirmacje Pamięci Snów (afirmacje główne) i Afirmacje RC (Testu Rzeczywistości, RT).

Afirmacje RC mogą być
- stosowane jako "tło" afirmacji Pamięci
- stosowane niezależnie,
- głośniejsze niż wybrane afirmacje Pamięci.

Możesz korzystać z afirmacji świadomie lub podprogowo. Affirmations (LD + affirmations lucid dreams a reality check) are a tool to help increase the level of awareness in the Dream.

Affirmations Affirmations are divided into Remembrance of Dreams (main affirmations) and affirmations RC (Reality Test, RT).

Affirmations can be RC
- used as "background" the affirmation of Remembrance
- used independently
- louder than the selected memory affirmation.
