Error message about needing to restart app appears the moment you try to open the app. This won't go away on trying to close the app and forces a phone restart. This is on a Samsung S7

I was excited to try this ever since I heard about BB, but since I first purchased the app there has been a message that always pops up saying that I need to reset the app when I try and open it on my Galaxy s5. The message never goes away and I have to turn my phone off to reset everything. :(

I can open the app but it immediately has to restart, then when it does there is no sound. Using on a Samsung Note 10.1. Any idea whats wrong? .....After about 12hrs its now working fine!
