【アプリの特徴】

-あらかじめ用意されている２０種類以上のシェーマ上に簡単に所見を書き込めます。
-主に医師・看護師・理学療法士・作業療法士など問診を行なう職種を対象にしています。
-線の太さや色を自由に設定して書き込めます。
-色選択では半透明の色も選択できるのでシェーマ自体を隠しません。
-よく使う文字をあらかじめ登録しておく事で業務効率化を図っています。
-患者名もあらかじめ登録できます。
-png形式かjpg形式を選択して保存できます(*1)。その際、自動的に患者ごとにフォルダ分けされファイル名に日付も記録されるので、特に意識することなくただ保存するだけで後から確認する時に整理された状態で見る事ができます。

*1 保存した直後はギャラリーに反映されていません。MediaScannerアプリなどを使うか端末を再起動する事で反映されます。

【使い方】

■事前設定：語句登録
＊直接文字を書く込む事もできますが繰り返ししようする語句はあらかじめ登録してあると効率的に使用できます。
-「設定」→「選択文字」に語句を入力→「登録文字追加(修正)」からよく使う語句を登録しておきます。(あらかじめ、"安静時痛","運動時痛","圧痛","荷重痛","浮腫","腫脹"を要録してあります)
-必要の無い語句は「登録文字一覧」から該当語句を選択してテキストボックスに該当語句を現れたら「登録文字削除」して下さい。
-登録してある語句の修正は「登録文字一覧」から該当語句を選択してテキストボックスに該当語句を現れたらテキストを修正し「登録文字追加(修正)」ボタンを押して下さい。
■事前設定：患者登録
＊同じ患者様を継続的に診ていく場合に使用して下さい。
-「設定」→「患者氏名」に患者名を入力→「登録患者追加(修正)」から患者を登録しておきます。(もちろん患者名を登録しなくても使えます)
-使わなくなった名前は「登録患者一覧」から該当者を選択してテキストボックスに該当者を現れたら「登録患者削除」して下さい。
-登録してある患者名の修正は「登録患者一覧」から該当語句を選択してテキストボックスに該当者を現れたら名前を修正し「登録患者追加(修正)」ボタンを押して下さい。
■事前設定：保存形式
-「設定」→「保存形式(png)」から保存する画像をpng形式にするかjpg形式にするか選択できます。
■事前設定：終了
-全ての設定が終了したら「ＯＫ」を押して下さい。

■患者選択
-登録してある患者一覧が表示されます。選択するとボタン上の文字が患者名に変化します。必要に応じて使用して下さい。
■部位選択
-用意されているシェーマ一覧が表示されます。使用したい部位を選択して下さい。
■モード選択
-シェーマ上に線を描くモードと文字を書くモードを切り替えながら使います。ボタンの文字が赤い方が現在選択されているモードです。
■線モード
-シェーマ上をドラッグする事で線を描けます。「色」や「線の太さ」の変更ができます。
■文字モード
-シェーマ上に「Ｔ▲」が表示されますので、文字を書きたい位置までドラッグして下さい。「フリーワード」に直接文字を入れるか、「登録文字」から語句を選択して「文字書込」で書き込んで下さい。「文字サイズ」から文字の大きさを指定できます。
■クリア
-「クリア」ボタンを押すと描きこんだ線や文字が全て消えます。選択されているシェーマはそのまま残ります。
■保存
-「保存」ボタンを押すと設定してある形式(pngかjpg)で保存されます。保存場所は/sdcard/Schema/(患者名)/(ファイル名)です。

[How to use]

■ pre-set text: registration

■ character mode

■ Clear
