AlarmRemote for Android allows you to arm / disarm a Home Alarm System from your phone - using predefined settings.
Additional features:
Predefined settings for SMS and phone calls to eg. requesting assistance , or for information on false alarms, etc.
Monitoring of alarm sensors (up to 8) on a blueprint of a building / house.
Launching third party surveillance software - allready installed on your phone, or accessing a webcam according to your own setup.
Launching predefined SMS (up to 10 diffrent) commands to the Home Alarm System (or Home Automation System).
System Requirements:
Android - at least V.2.1
A Home Alarm System or a Home Automation System which can be enabled / disabled via SMS.
The Home Alarm System must be able to return SMS response to the android phone with AlarmRemote installed on it.
For sensor monitoring the system must be able to send a SMS to - one in the Home Alarm System - predefined phone number (the one with AlarmRemote installed on it). The response message from the alarm system must be unique per. sensor. Up to 8 sensors can be monitored.
(If you can send arm / disarm commands to your GSM system - using basic SMS from your Android phone - AlarmRemote is ready for your system.)
Installing:
AlarmRemote is installed from the Android Market.
