We are made of 70% water and we assume most of the energy we need from the water.

In order to live healthy, happy it is important to drink water and possibly ionized alkaline water, that is also a powerful antioxidant, in quantities sufficient to maintain the correct level of hydration.

This App helps you to maintain the proper level of hydration by acting like a coach with the goal to let you acquire the habit to drink in enough water.

Aqua by Aqua Coach LYL estimates your daily requirement of water. In order to estimate the requirement, you can use complex models that take into account gender, weight, temperature and environmental climate, activity level and physical conditions. However, the fundamental parameter is weight.

This App will then ask you to enter only your body weight through the panel "Preferences " and estimates your daily requirement of water and displays it in the main panel " Aqua Coach by Aqua LyL ", allows you to keep a daily diary of what you drink and sends you notifications (if desired) to stimulate you to obtain the required necessary level of hydration.

The App allows you to get a more precise model by filling the other parameters in the " Preferences " panel, and allows you to specify the capacity of your preferred water container (cup, glass, bottle).

Each time you drink select the " Diary " panelto record the ingested quantity of water. The App keeps track of the different recordings and through a mathematical model calculates if you have reached your daily water intake goal.

The drop with the smiley face will be sad, normal, or happy depending on how you're going throughout the day.

Every day you reach the water intake goal you gain an Aqua LyL droplet while if you don't reach the daily goal you will lose an an Aqua LyL droplet. Through this system, when you will gain 30 droplets you have probably acquired the habit of drinking adequately.
Remember that it is important to drink small quantity but quite often. The notification system but the same face will help you in doing this.

If you enable the LYL functions, by selecting the water drop with the smiley you will have access to the LyL panel.

If you have bought an Aqua LYL bottle equipped with a microchip, bringing it closer to the microchip reader, the Aqua LYL system will display a bidimensional barcode: in the LyL panel, by selecting the droplet you can acquire the code and see in real time your LyL balance.
