Are you troubled by fears and personal issues? Maybe you've been through a traumatising event that has left you feeling insecure and afraid. Sometimes small things can do a big difference, just give this application/sequence a try and who knows, you might feel better.

Instructions:

Take a couple of deep breaths and relax! Focus on the sunlight in between the two dunes. Point your attention towards the light during the entire sequence. It will automatically repeat itself, all you have to do is sit back and watch. When you feel ready you can start by touching your screen and pressing the play icon. Watch the sequence at least three times!
