貫通範囲とスラブ下計算

梁貫通スリーブの貫通レベルとスラブ下のレベル計算を行うアプリです。
梁貫通スリーブはスリーブサイズを入力しますので計算結果はスリーブ芯で表示されます。
スリーブが入らない場合は　（スリーブが入りません）　と注意が表示されます。
スラブ下との干渉確認の為、スラブ下レベルを計算できるようにしました
