A basic app that allows you to text a message to a group. Is still in constant development.
This is designed to be an extension to the basic (and somewhat limited) texting features in many early releases of Android... (Cupcake I'm looking at you!)
txt2all is still in constant refinement this mainly includes the UI.
Features:
-Ability to select numbers from your contact list
-Saving of people used in last group for next time
Uses the bare minimum of system resources so shouldn't experience too many cross device issues.

Freaking awesome, I use this instead of the standard messaging system when texting to groups cause the UI is outstanding. Best thing is its free. HIghly recommended!
