Penalty time converter

This app is designed to help scorekeepers of hockey games. Some hockey leagues use run time for the 1st two periods and stop time for the 3rd period. During the run time periods minor penalties are 3 minutes and during the stop time period minor penalties are 2 minutes. If penalty time is remaining at the end of the 2nd period this app will convert that time to 2/3 to use to start the 3rd period.
