I think it's exactly as described and is simple to use. It's not very attractive and its easy to pass by when searching for it. I would like to see a widget installed with it that allows you to tap it On with your custom preset instead of having to go into the app everytime. Also, if it could send this for calls as well, it would really set it apart from the other apps. I love it, I don't like to talk and drive or text.
