This app is very simple: you enter the amount of calories you want to eat today, fix it and then you start keeping score of macros. You enter protein, carbs and fat are you eating, and the app will make the rest.
In the pro version, you can easily calculate the amount of calories you need to eat per day, based on Harris-Benedict formula. You just need to enter gender, weight, height, age and amount of physical activity.
