Designing a residential grid-tied solar PV system requires certain information. This app offers a way for residential solar design professionals to conveniently collect most of the necessary data onsite and send it as an email. Functionality includes: Obtaining a GPS address fix, roof tilt-angle and azimuth with single button touches. Fields exist to enter customer name, number of modules, service amp rating, roof type, and whether a shade analysis is needed or if a sub panel exists. Press a button to create a report and the email client pops up with a pre-formatted message.
