It dosen't explain or answer questions about the pier, need pictures and better quality based on the Web. Also need pictures and better maps

This app is totally useless. All it does is crash after about a millisecond after I try to load it. There is definitely a bug in this app. I've notified the app owner about this problem and have gotten no response. Uninstalled this app and threw it in the trash. Bad. I even called Santa Monica Pier. Person I spoke to doesn't know what an app is and asked to be transferred to troubleshooting. The person I spoke to didn't know what they were doing. This app is a piece of junk. No good. Employees untrained and don't know nothing. REJECTED!!
