My Medications for Android
Not only that, it allows the user to backup/export the data, to re-populate your database when switching to a new device or to share the information with family or other caregivers in a .csv file that can be read by Excel or any other program that can read a .csv file. You can even enter phone numbers for doctors and pharmacists so when you're looking at a "patient" record later on and have questions, you can call them from right within the app!
• Enter details for up to 15 different medications (more by using the Notes field) for an unlimited number of "patients": medication textboxes are multi-line: plenty of room for all details
• Export function allows for backup/restore when moving to a new device, or for exporting data to a spreadsheet
• Have a question about a med/supplement while browsing records? Call the doctor or pharmacist from within the app!
• Uses call feature permissions, but only if you make calls from within the app
• No ads, In-App Purchases (IAPs), data gathering or fishy permissions
