האפלקציה מציגה הלכה יומית מתוך האתר שו"ת הלכה אקטואלית אשר מציג בקצרה רבה את השאלה והתשובה וכן את מקור התשובה.

אין האתר בא לפסוק הלכה, אלא רק להכרות צדדים בהלכה, והוא משמש למעשה מעין אינדקס / מאגר המפנה את הקורא למקור ההלכתי. כל אחד ינהג על פי המסורת שבידו או ישאל את רבו, שהרי ידוע שבשאלות מסוימות יכולים להיות צדדים נוספים הקשורים לשואל או למשיב, למקום, לחידושי הזמן ועוד, ואז התשובה יכולה להשתנות לכאן או לכאן.
