Just place the hand on the screen where you'd like your friend to scratch your back. You can also use the touchscreen to highlight all the scratch-needing itches. There is even an option to take a picture of your own back and use it as the background, you know, for ultimate back scratching accuracy. Note, this feature only works if your device has a camera!
