A network of volunteers in a team can be directly contactable by registered members via this app.

Any network member is able to send a message to the administrating phone which in turn relays the message out to the network of volunteers - registered members with the admin.

The message (eg, in an emergency response: supplies needed, assistance needed, coordinating movements, routing) sent out is personalised by the sender and broadcasted to all members. The message recipients can then respond in a broadcast message as well. The members can continue communication with regards to the emergency situation.

With the use of the administrative phone, the sender only needs to send one message instead of many personal ones. The administrative phone relays the message automatically, alerting the network.This broadcast is therefore, a two way communication. Only registered members are allowed to broadcast to avoid spams and wrongful use.

For a member to be part of the network, text "JoinRescueTeam" to the admin phone. For the member to quit, text "Quit" to the admin’s phone.

This app was built in time for rescue teams involved in the Nepal Earthquake, 2015, it is therefore recommended for use in any similar disasters or in any related critical situations.
