ConcussionChecker

One of the most common injuries in contact sports is a concussion. Even though they can be easily treated, concussions can be hard to detect, leading to long-term brain damage. ConcussionChecker is an easy-to-use app that can evaluate a suspected concussion based on the athlete’s symptoms, concentration, orientation and balance. ConcussionChecker also has the ability to save an athlete’s test results, email to relevant people and keep historic data. The app can contact a customizable list of preferred doctors, or find nearby doctors and neurologists through Google Maps. This is an efficient app for parents, coaches, students and sports personnel to identify concussion symptoms in a fast and easy way.
