The evolve must be regarded only as an assessment tool. It does not exempt the user from proper monitoring of the professional physical education, nutrition or another doctor, in order to obtain greater trust in both calculations as in the interpretation of data. The results are approximate considering a person without metabolic problems or of that nature.

HOW TO USE:
First step is to enter your data in the PERSONAL DATA

Second, you can touch in SUM of SKINFOLDS and with the help of a adipometer you can register the amount of fat in each region presented, for more details of the areas that should be measured see help in the application´s help area.

Third, touching WAIST/HIP RATIO and with the help of a simple tape you will have these two measures added to the application will give you data for evaluation.

Fourth, by touching CALCULATE CALORIE EXPENDITURE, with your personal data, it tells your basal metabolism approximately,  if no metabolic issues,  so you only need to inform your level ofphysical activity to learn as many calories you can consume for a caloric deficit.

Fifth, if you touch results will have all the calculation:% Body Fat, Waist/Hip Ratio, BMI, Basal Metabolism Ratio and Calorie Deficit. It also has some tables that are of help to interpret this data, but that at no time dispense professional accompaniment.
