Touch Paint is a fun new app that allows you to paint pictures, write notes, and even paint on top of pictures that are on your device's storage space. Touch Paint has many features such as the ability to change background and writing colors (12 possible colors!), the size of dots and lines you draw, the ability to set an image to be the background, and a fun tool called radial draw. You also have the ability to save any of you work as a .jpg or .png file, directly to your phones storage device. Touch Paint is great to use with your kids, or as a paint app for yourself. At only $.99, and completely Ad-Free, Touch Paint is a great app at a bargain price.
