An Ogham/Ogam app for your Android device.
Contains the original 20 Ogham feda or "runes" of the Ancient Celts. Each Ogham character symbolises a letter, and they were carved into wood, skin, bone and stone in ancient times.
Each Ogham also symbolises a tree or plant, and contains mysterious and magical Druid lore, some of which is still accessible. Let this knowledge illuminate the world around you, and help you to better understand your own journey through life. The Ogham largely offers protection through knowledge and folk wisdom.
Use this Ogham app to:
- learn the Ogham
- learn about the trees and plants (image, description, location, uses, herbal) that make up the Ogham
- prophesy the future (fortune telling)
- better understand the past or present
- get in touch with your ancient roots (Celtic areas such as Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Scotland, Brittany and even England, back in the day)
You can edit the Ogham names and descriptions to suit your own preferences and interpretations.
This Ogham app supports both one stave (Druid stick) and three staves (Weavers' sticks)
Details of herbal applications for informational purposes only and not intended to replace the medical expertise of your herbal practitioner.

now it crashes every time i try to open it. after a few months of crashing and sending reports, I'm impressed to warn others to save their $$ until it is fixed. otherwise it was a lovely app RIP

On 5/21/14,I received the following msg. from AVG(an online security company whose virus/malware detection app is excellent):"Ogham is classified as malware", advising me to delete ogham app from my phone. Tried a fresh download of ogham app, only to receive exact same msg. from AVG-so,this time,ogham will STAY off my phone.Too bad,because ogham was one of my favorite apps.

I really hate paying money for something and getting nothing in return. The app won't even open. My Android is up to date, so I won't be recommending this app to anyone.
