This app is specially designed for all Tabata workout users.
Tabata is a 4 minutes High-intensity interval training (HIIT) which require sprinting at your top speed for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, and then sprinting again at top speed and rest again, for a total of 8 sets.
Sometimes Tabata workout could be boring and you're not pushing to your top speed.
Now you can add Tabata to your workout and accompany with music !!!

- play songs during your workout

I love that you can play your own music, and the rest periods are a lower volume. Would love if you could preset top 5 songs from your music folder, and also include a Playlist option. I think the midi like music on the user interface is an ugly look, but compared to other tabata timers, not bad for free app.

I just downloaded it and when I try to open it a Google docs page pops up that won't open and flickers on and off. I have yet to see or open the actual timer. I'm so bummed because based on the reviews this is exactly what I'm looking for: a timer that lets me play my own music but lowers volume of music during rest and doesn't stop the song like every other app timer I've tried during the rest. I'm so sad.:(
