This App has the ability to make contact with two parties - The person who is collecting relief donations and the person who is receiving relief donations(to distribute) at the calamity site.
Consider a zone A to be in calamity. Individual donors from zone B collect items but don't know who need it. The social worker collecting the items from individuals can post all collections on this app along with his/her phone number.
A social worker in zone A goes around the calamity struck areas and finds out what they need. He then checks if these items are put up on the app by social workers of other areas. He can send a message to them and coordinate their transport through SMS and phone.

Extremely commendable for your age. But you can do better in the designs, user-flow of the app. Also, try enabling user-communication (chat) and location tagging (distress signals) for calamity areas in the next versions. Congrats on the effort. Keep learning and keep innovating. You are awesome !
