This app is great! In our home, we love jambalaya and cook it often. We definitely used the Jambalaya Calculator. Can't wait for LSU football to start so we can use the app for the jambalaya we make for tailgating. May have to do a practice run on Saturday. If you smell good food cooking...its my jambalaya.

This is the one of those ideas like Facebook or Uber where you wonder why you didn't think of it. Brilliant idea and extremely useful if you bounce from 12 quart dutch ovens to 20 gallon pots and every size in between.

I've been using the spreadsheet for a long time. On the off chance he made an app I searched and found it. I happily gave up $2 to support something I've used a while. It allows you to adjust pot sizes easily and makes some mean jambalaya! One thing that would be a nice change is that program saving the information I enter in case I have to exit the app. I leave it open when I'm making it to follow directions and amounts. But sometimes i have to exit and then enter all my info all over again. Thanks
