One Locus v1.0

This application is for the students of genetics.
This application solves problems of genetics with morphological traits or with molecular markers controlled by one locus.
In this application the offspring of different kind of crosses are analyzed: test crosses, F2 crosses, etc. Also, different types on interactions among the alleles of the same locus are considered: complete dominance, codominance, etc.
The number of the different types of individuals obtained in a particular cross can be introduced and it is possible to test different hypothesis to explain the results obtained in the cross. A square X2 test is used to campare the results obtained with the expected hypothesis.
The application also has a brief abstract of the theory necessary to solve the problems and several questions to test yourself.
Moreover tha application has a small collection of problems with data from different kind of crosses that can be used to work with the application.
