رحلة العمر برنامج ديني عن الحج والعمرة، يوضح فيه الدكتور عمر عبد الكافي ما على الحاج أن يقوم به لتأدية مناسك الحج. و ينقسم برنامج رحلة العمر الى شقين: حوار الشيخ مع المشاهدين وتبسيطه لمناسك الحج، ثم التواصل مع المشاهدين عبر الهاتف للاجابة على اسئلة الذاهبين الى بيت الله الحرام لتأدية مناسك الحج.
