This app is an ad free app. This app has been created to make CBT thought records easy. This app helps the user understand CBT thought records more and access more in depth information .Once you are in a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) classes you are usually required to complete a thought record. This is an app that is a 10 column thought record. You input your information and once completed You can e-mail it to your self or to whom you think would want to see your thought record. I would create an folder in your e mail and store all of your thought records for recalling purposes. I have decided to use the e-mail function instead to save to phone function to save space on your phone since some phones are unfortunately limited to space. In result making this app more available to more users.

This app has been tested. The apps performance is based on your phones performance.This app supports only 12070 Devices, Please send me feed back if you are having trouble on your device and what device you are using with errors.

This app request your phones procedures to be shared within the app. All the information accessed by this app will stay within the app and not leave your phone. I can not receive any information from the users phone.
