This is an app that is a 10 column thought record. You input your information and once completed You can e-mail it to your self or to whom you think would want to see your thought record. I would create an folder in your e mail and store all of your thought records for recalling purposes. I have decided to use the e-mail function instead to save to phone function to save space on your phone since some phones are unfortunately limited to space. In result making this app more available to more users.
