Digital Shore Services

Version 1.0 of the Digital Shore Services assistance app showcases some basic features in order for the user to perform some basic tasks. These include:

Opening a Work Request with Digital Shore Services
Viewing Estimate Information
Placing a call to the main DSS number from within the app
Viewing the mobile version of the blog
And more..

The buttons, color-scheme, and navigation are very easy to use and can be accessed quickly. When the user needs help, the last thing one needs is to have is an over-complicated system to navigate through.

The first button will display a form to fill out to request help from DSS. The form requires the users name, email, a valid phone number, priority level, and detailed description of the problem(s).

The Estimates button will display the general pricing scheme.

The Call button will place a call directly to our main number.

The Blog button shows off the blog in mobile format.

The About button gives a general, yet brief, overview of the company.
