PropertySmartCalculator is an All-In-One App for all to use as an estimation of the cash flow needed when purchasing a property in Singapore.

PropertSmartCalculator computes the LTV, TDSR, Rental yield, Stamp Duty, ABSD, rental yield and progressive payment.

It takes in LTV (Loan to Value) to derive the maximum Loan , minimum cash upfront, maximum loan tenure and estimated monthly installment.

With the introduction of TDSR, the apps also compute backward the maximum monthly loan and property price that you can purchased based on your monthly net income

In Progressive payment, it computes and display the timeline of events, progressive payment amount, monthly installment amount for both completed and uncompleted project.
